Refund Policy: 

All goods are supplied with 30 day money back guarantee provided that they are returned as sold, ie unworn with all supporting paperwork. All returns must be sent by Royal Mail special delivery and fully insured by sender. A full refund will be issued less the initial cost of posting.

karinkraemer – jewellery will exchange for any other item in our collection, refund your money or send replacement goods. This excludes any items that have been designed through our bespoke service, ie designed exclusively for our client by themselves or by karinkraemer – jewellery.

karinkraemer – jewellery are committed to protecting your privacy and will not pass any information supplied to any third party.

All our jewellery is hand made and we require 2-5 working days from order date to delivery. In urgent cases we can deliver pieces quicker, please state when ordering. Unless otherwise stated delivery will be by Royal Mail next day special delivery. This should ensure delivery during Monday-Friday of 24 hours. Weekends, ie postal Friday night could mean 48 hours. All jewellery will be fully insured.

All goods sold by karinkraemer – jewellery are supplied with a full 6-month guarantee, which covers any manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover any work carried out by a third party.
